Lynne Leggett, BS, FAADOM, Founder & CEO of Victory Dental Management LLC is a dental practice management coach, speaker, and author with over 25 years of business experience. Lynne’s passion is to help dental practices reach their full potential, increase their productivity and profitability while enabling them to deliver the best patient care and customer experience.  She has a fresh approach to coaching, as a seasoned basketball coach, she understands what it means to have a true team working together, not just employees working at your practice. Before working on any process or system, she teaches dentists and managers how to actually coach their team which transcends leadership in the dental practice which allows for your practice to grow and accomplish your unique goals.
